2019
In 2019, Simon de Charentenay and Nicolas Surleau had a bold vision: to revolutionize equity management through digitization. In 2021, they partnered with Infogreffe, France's official business registry operator, to launch MonJuridique.infogreffe. The platform quickly gained traction across the legal and accounting sectors, streamlining every step of equity management — from issuing initial shares to recording board resolutions and preserving corporate records. MonJuridique.infogreffe simplified and secured corporate governance at scale.
2024
MonJuridique.infogreffe was rebranded as Axiocap — a simpler identity that better reflects our mission and resonates globally. With over 100,000 shareholders managed in just two years, Axiocap launched its international expansion and established itself as a trusted brand synonymous with quality.
