Our journey from Capbloc to Axiocap
2019
In 2019, Simon de Charentenay and Nicolas Surleau launched Capbloc to digitize equity management, using blockchain technology for company share registers.
2021
In 2021, the founders partnered with Infogreffe, France's official business registry operator, to launch MonJuridique.infogreffe. The platform brought ownership records and corporate governance workflows into one place, from recording share transactions to filing board decisions and preserving corporate records.
2024
In 2024, MonJuridique.infogreffe became Axiocap, reflecting the platform's broader scope and its international ambitions.
2025
In 2025, Axiocap joined forces with Papeterie Financière, opening a new chapter in its history. The alliance strengthens our ambition to become the European reference for corporate governance, bringing together heritage, innovation and trust.
