Filing annual accounts online
What does the law say about the filing of annual accounts, and what documents should I provide?
Accounts must be filed within 7 months following the end of the financial year. The general meeting of shareholders must first approve the accounts within 6 months following the closing, then one month is granted for filing with the registry office. If the deposit is made electronically, the deadline is extended to 2 months.
