What is the MCP connector?

💡 Your firm or company already uses an AI assistant, but it knows nothing about your entities. To ask it about a directorship or a shareholder meeting, you have to export, copy and paste, and sensitive data ends up outside any safeguard.

  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard, created by Anthropic and governed by the Linux Foundation, that plugs an AI assistant into business software.
  • With the Axiocap connector, your assistant reads your entities, directorships, shareholdings, meetings, decisions and deadlines in real time. It works with any MCP-compatible assistant. No exports, no re-keying, no switching tools.
  • Cyrius works inside your Axiocap workspace; the MCP connector brings Axiocap into your own assistant. Both draw on the same data, and that data is yours.

What your assistant can do with Axiocap

It doesn't just answer questions. It does the groundwork too.

    1. Answer

Ask about every company in your group or client portfolio, in plain English. Which directorships expire in the next six months, which AGMs are due before June 30: you get the answer in seconds, even across hundreds of companies.

    2. Cross-reference

Your assistant matches your governance data against information Axiocap doesn't hold, such as an internal spreadsheet or an external document, to prepare a legal review or due diligence.

    3. Act

Give a simple instruction and your assistant prepares the transaction. Every sensitive change, such as a share transfer, is sent to you for approval before it is recorded.

    4. Produce

Memos, directorship tables and reports drafted from up-to-date data, ready for a committee, a board meeting or a client call.

    5. Rely on authoritative records

An AI assistant is only as good as the data it reads. With Axiocap, it works from company records pre-filled from the official French registries (Infogreffe, INPI), legally binding statutory registers and a history updated with every decision.

Your assistant understands natural language. Just ask, and it draws on your Axiocap data to answer or prepare the transaction.

Track deadlines across an entire group or client portfolio, without opening a dashboard.

    MCP connector FAQ

What is the Axiocap MCP connector?

It's a connector built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard created by Anthropic and governed by the Linux Foundation. It gives your AI assistant access to your Axiocap data: companies, directorships, shareholdings, meetings, resolutions and documents.

Which AI assistants work with the MCP connector?

ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Le Chat and any MCP-compatible assistant. You add the connector in a few clicks to the assistant your team already uses, with no development work.

Can my AI assistant change my registers without my approval?

No. It can prepare a transaction, but no share transfer, resolution or document is created or changed without your explicit instruction. These rules are set out in our AI charter.

Can my AI assistant see all my Axiocap data?

No. The connector follows the permissions set in Axiocap: your assistant can only access the companies and registers within your scope, and connecting it grants no extra rights.

How do I set up the Axiocap MCP connector?

Add Axiocap as a custom connector in your assistant using the URL https://mcp.axiocap.com/mcp, then sign in with your Axiocap account (OAuth 2.0). No API key, no technical setup.

What's the difference between Cyrius and the MCP connector?

Cyrius is the AI built into your Axiocap workspace. The MCP connector brings Axiocap into the assistant you already use. Both draw on the same data: your legal entity records, kept up to date in Axiocap.

Do I need technical skills to use the MCP connector?

No. Just type your requests in plain English, the way you would ask a colleague.

Activate the connector in 2 minutes

In your AI assistant: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, then enter https://mcp.axiocap.com/mcp and sign in with your Axiocap account.
No API key, no technical setup.
