3. How does an electronic signature work?

Step 1: It all starts with creating the document you want to have signed electronically. This document can be a contract, minutes, or any other file that requires a signature.

Step 2 : You download the solution document in the vault.

Step 3: You indicate who the signatories of the document are. This may include yourself and others involved. You should also provide their email address.

Step 4: You place electronic signature points in the document in the appropriate places, indicating where each signatory should sign.

Step 5: The Axiocap solution and our partner Signaturit send the invitations by email to the signatories, inviting them to open the document and sign it electronically. These emails contain a link to the document.

Step 6: Each signatory opens the document via the link in their email. They can then read the document and sign electronically by clicking on the designated signature points.

Step 7: : Once all signers have signed electronically, the document is validated and locked. It is then archived securely for future preservation. This ensures the traceability and security of signed documents.
