The Online Meetings module is used to organize general meetings whose voting rights are calculated according to the capital holding of each partner or shareholder and also, any meeting of a collective administrative, supervisory or management body whose voting rights are based on the holding of seats in these bodies. This module is also suitable for assemblies and meetings based on the principle: 1 man, 1 voice.
It is perfectly possible for you to sign the minutes contained in the dematerialized assembly register because Axiocap uses a service provider specialized in advanced electronic signatures accompanied by a qualified timestamp in accordance with French article 26 of the eIDAS Regulation.
Whether it is an assembly in business or for an association, the process is generally the same. It is divided into 3 steps:
- Convocation of participants;
- Conduct of the meeting;
- Drafting of the minutes.
This path is the most traditional, but some statutory provisions may decide otherwise. The solution proposed by Axiocap allows you to hold your online meetings securely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Proxies can be managed before the meeting is held. The proxy partner will receive the voting link, and will be able to vote in place of the absent partner. An electronic signature of the proxy giving the proxy will be placed on a proxy form automatically generated on Axiocap.
Before voting, each participant indicates whether they are present at the meeting, which is taking place in person or remotely, by signing the attendance sheet automatically generated by the Axiocap application.
